Terms & Condition

General

  • Prices are subject to change based on the details and requirements of the character design.

  • I don't do NSFW. Suggestive is fine (boob, bulge, nip OK)

  • I reserve the right to REJECT any commission that I do not feel comfortable taking on without stating the reason.

  • Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to work on your commission.

  • The commissioner may not claim the work as their own and must give credit if the art is posted anywhere on social media.

  • The commissioner may NOT resell the models/files from the commission.

Payment

  • Commissioner need to make 50$ deposit for queuing once discussion has being done (NON-REFUNDABLE).

  • First half of payment need to be made when work about to start.

  • Second half of payment need to be made when reached the middle stage.

  • Once the commissioned work has STARTED, payment are NOT REFUNDABLE

  • Currency accepted at the moment is only USD with the sole payment method of Paypal

  • An invoice will be sent thru Paypal to your email

  • Additional invoice will be sent if there is are major changes during the commission period.

  • Upfront payment must be made before the work on your commission starts.

  • Other services commission must be paid 100% before starting.

Process and Delivery

  • You will be notified when I have started to work on your commission.

  • During work-in-progress, I arrange review sessions with you to make sure the commission progress is satisfactory.

  • In the event there are feedback that involve major changes which differ from the initial commission detail, there will be an add-on fee charged depending on the complexity of changes.

  • The frequency and amount of review sessions may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

  • The commission period may vary as well depending on the complexity of the commission

  • I reserve the right to EXTEND the deadline in the event of technical difficulties, health problems or other personal matters, however, I will try my best to communicate with you regarding any possible delays.

  • Once the commission is finished, you will receive file for Kemorig/VRChat (UnrealPackage/Unity Package/fbx. + texture images.)
